When it comes to eating healthy and losing belly fat, you can't go wrong with a good soup.
Especially one that has both ginger and turmeric in it. These herbs have a strong thermogenic and satiety effect that allows you to lose weight and not put it back on.
Tumeric contains a powerful anti-inflammatory called curcumin that helps your body burn fat. Unlike most supplements that cause nausea and stomach pain, turmeric only works by changing your metabolism.
